This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made from Systrova Systems™ ("Systrova," "we," "us," "our").

By subscribing to or purchasing any Systrova product or service, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Systrova offers recurring subscription plans, including but not limited to:

  • Systrova Professional
  • Systrova Enterprise

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly), unless canceled.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only)

For new paying subscribers:

  • If you are not satisfied with Systrova within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund of that first payment.
  • This guarantee applies only to the initial subscription charge, not to renewals or subsequent billing periods.

3. Renewals, Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Automatic Renewals: Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Renewal Payments: Fees already charged for a renewal period are non-refundable.
  • Upgrades: When you upgrade, your billing may be prorated. Any additional charges related to upgrades are non-refundable once processed.
  • Downgrades: Changes to a lower-tier plan will take effect on the next billing cycle.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

4. One-Time Payments & Digital Products

From time to time, we may offer digital products, templates, or one-time purchase items.

  • Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of these products, all one-time payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Billing Issues & Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error:

  1. Please contact us first at info@systrova.com.
  2. We will review the transaction and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Email used for the account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for your request

We may request additional information to verify your identity and purchase.

7. Changes to This Policy

If you continue using Systrova after changes take effect, you agree to the updated policy.
