4. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may integrate or interact with third-party tools, such as:

4B. Renewal Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Users may disable auto-renewal at any time within their account settings.

Renewal pricing will match the then-current subscription rate unless otherwise specified.

5. No Warranties

Systrova is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • merchantability
  • non-infringement
  • suitability for legal compliance

You use Systrova at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Systrova Systems™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, Systrova's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user for access to the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

7. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by providing written notice.

Systrova may suspend or terminate access if:

  • terms are violated
  • misuse of the platform occurs
  • required payments are not made

Termination will end access to platform services but does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
